A useful fit for

A reference for a household interested in a low 3.23-inch robot, solid-state StarSight navigation, dual spinning pads and a removable-tank Dock 3.0—if Roborock presents a consistent orderable refurbished offer and the manual's carpet limits fit the home.

The main tradeoff

The exact product page's order language conflicts with its not-launched message and the refurbished hub's out-of-stock state, so this offer is not currently buying-eligible. The manual prohibits high-pile carpet, warns about dark carpet and requires 2.4GHz Wi-Fi; it gives no threshold-crossing maximum, no dock wash temperature and no individual refurbished battery report.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Will the Slim fit through a 3.5-inch opening, and what margin remains?

Roborock lists a 3.23-inch body, leaving a small nominal clearance. Measure rugs, furniture skirts and uneven spots. The exact refurbished offer remains reference-only while order status conflicts.

Is the exact offer the tank-based Qrevo Slim rather than a plumbed dock?

Yes. The package is Multifunctional Dock 3.0 with removable clean and dirty tanks. Roborock presents the Refill & Drainage dock as a separate variant.

Explore this need in the finder →
Does it use dual spinning mop pads or a continuously refreshed roller?

The Qrevo Slim uses two spinning mop pads and a separate edge mop; it is not the roller-mop Qrevo Curv 2 Flow.

Explore this need in the finder →
Is a dock mop-wash temperature of at least 75°C confirmed?

No numeric wash temperature is published for the exact U.S. Qrevo Slim Dock 3.0. Hot-water wording does not satisfy a minimum-temperature requirement.

Explore this need in the finder →
Can the Qrevo Slim work on high-pile carpet?

No for an essential high-pile requirement. The exact manual says not to use it on high-pile carpet and cautions about dark carpet; the 10mm mop lift is not a carpet-pile rating.

Explore this need in the finder →
Which Wi-Fi band does this exact robot support?

The Qrevo Slim manual states 2.4GHz only; a 5GHz-only network is not compatible.

Explore this need in the finder →
Does the maker list at least 11,000Pa suction for this model?

Roborock lists up to 11,000Pa. It is a manufacturer maximum, not an independent cleaning result, and the refurbished offer is not presently confirmed orderable.

This is the U.S. certified-refurbished Qrevo Slim offer with Multifunctional Dock 3.0, not a Qrevo Master or the separate plumbing-connected Refill & Drainage version. Roborock’s native listing has one default-title SKU, RR-QrevoSlim5R-M1; the model-specific manual identifies robot QC0CRL and dock EWFD17LRR. The store page’s own order and launch messages conflict, so this review is useful for identifying the configuration, not a current buying recommendation.

Why the Slim is a different low-clearance design

The robot is listed at 3.23 inches tall. Roborock describes its StarSight system as dual-light solid-state LiDAR, with an RGB camera for obstacle recognition, rather than a conventional turret that has to retract for a passage. Measure the tightest passage, including rug edges and uneven flooring; an opening that looks tall enough at the threshold may narrow farther along the route.

Roborock lists 11,000 Pa maximum suction, two counter-rotating rubber rollers, dual spinning mop pads and a FlexiArm edge mop. Those are maker specifications and design features, not independent pickup or stain-removal results. The useful distinction is the cleaning routine: the robot vacuums with a dual-roller brush, then uses two rotating cloths for wet cleaning. Its edge-extending brush and mop target the sides of rooms, but a feature claim does not prove every corner will be cleaned or every object avoided.

The dock handles much of the routine, not all of it

The exact offer names Multifunctional Dock 3.0. Roborock lists automatic dust emptying, mop washing with heated water, warm-air drying, tank refill, dirt detection and a self-cleaning base. The dock fills the robot from its reservoir; it is not the plumbing-connected Refill & Drainage package. You still lift and refill the clean tank, empty the dirty tank, replace the dust bag, and occasionally remove and wash the dock base and mop parts.

The offer publishes no numeric dock-wash temperature, so a 75°C requirement remains unknown. Dock hot-wash is not a floor-mop water-temperature claim. The manual says to fill the tank with tap water, use only Roborock-recommended solution if adding cleaner, and use cold water. Vacuum before mopping, as the manual advises.

Carpets and small thresholds need separate answers

Roborock advertises liftable brushes and mops, including a claimed 10 mm mop lift, plus app carpet strategies. That can help keep damp cloths away from rugs in an appropriate routine. It does not establish a safe pile height. The Qrevo Slim manual says not to use the product on high-pile carpet and warns that performance may be reduced on dark carpet. Follow that restriction rather than treating a lift setting or a marketing carpet image as permission to clean a thick rug. The reviewed U.S. materials also give no numeric threshold-crossing maximum for this exact configuration.

If high-pile cleaning is essential, or if the route crosses a tall transition, this assessment cannot certify the fit. A “yes” to low furniture clearance does not answer either question. Conversely, a home of mostly hard floor with low furniture, ordinary area rugs and a tank-dock location could make the Slim’s combination of short body and automated pad care interesting—if the exact refurb offer becomes orderable.

Room setup, network and upkeep

The exact U.S. page lists a 13.78 × 13.90 × 3.23-inch robot weighing 9.04 pounds, plus a 13.39 × 19.17 × 20.51-inch, 17.64-pound dock; the store does not label each dimension axis. Separately, the manual calls for a hard, level dock site with roughly 0.9 m of height, 0.4 m of width and 1.2 m of depth available for installation and access. Those are service clearances, not the dock's outside dimensions. It specifies a grounded nominal 120-volt circuit and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi; a 5-GHz-only network is not supported. Supervise its first route and remove cords or loose objects.

Maintenance still includes the robot’s rollers, side brush, dustbin, filter and sensors, along with the mop cloths and dock wash tray. The manual says to clean the main brushes about every two weeks and replace them every 6–12 months; the filter has the same stated cleaning and replacement cadence and needs at least 24 hours to dry after rinsing. Actual frequency depends on hair, debris and use. A wash-and-dry station moves chores around; it does not eliminate them.

What “certified refurbished” does—and does not—tell you

Roborock’s U.S. refurb policy describes pre-owned units that are restored, inspected and cleaned, with minor cosmetic wear possible. It says tested batteries retain around 80% of original capacity, but publishes no battery report for the individual unit that would ship. The policy lists a 30-day return period and a six-month limited warranty. The product page also shows a generic one-year line when an optional extended-warranty selection is used; read the exact coverage in the cart and order confirmation rather than assuming that longer term is included.

Availability is contradictory: the native record marks the offer available, the refurb catalogue displays it as out of stock, and the exact product page includes both order language and a message that the product has not launched yet. It stays out of purchase recommendations until Roborock presents a consistent, orderable offer. The official image is a black product render with a certified-refurbished badge, not a photo of an individual returned unit or evidence of its cosmetic state.

When another configuration is the better fit

For a low robot with a retractable LiDAR rather than the Slim’s solid-state system, compare the refurbished Saros 10 assessment: its stated height changes from 3.14 inches with the sensor down to 3.68 inches raised, and its mopping arrangement is different. The refurbished Qrevo Pro review covers another tank-dock, dual-spinning-pad offer, with its own older robot and unresolved dock-code detail. Neither reference-only offer should be treated as an available substitute. Check route clearance, carpet limits, tank chores, 2.4-GHz Wi-Fi and the written terms of any live offer.
