Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Will the Qrevo Pro robot fit through an opening measured at four inches?
Roborock lists a 3.8-inch robot height, leaving only a small nominal margin. Include rugs, soft furniture skirts and uneven floor transitions in the measurement. This exact refurbished offer is currently retained for reference because the product page says it has not launched.
Explore this need in the finder →Can this package use removable water tanks instead of fixed plumbing?
The exact offer is the Multifunctional Dock 2.0 tank package. The owner fills and empties the station's clean and dirty tanks; its automatic refill of the robot tank is not a fixed water supply and drain.
Explore this need in the finder →Does the Qrevo Pro use two spinning mop pads?
Yes. Roborock lists dual spinning mop pads, an edge-reaching FlexiArm mop and dock pad washing. This is a different mop routine from the newer Qrevo 2 Pro's automatic mop-removal configuration.
Explore this need in the finder →Can it meet a requirement for at least 75°C pad washing at the dock?
No. The Qrevo Pro page lists 140°F, about 60°C, for hot-water washing at the dock. That does not meet a 75°C minimum and is not a temperature for water put on the floor.
Explore this need in the finder →Does Roborock document a maximum carpet-pile height for this exact refurbished Qrevo Pro?
No maximum pile height is stated in the reviewed U.S. materials. Roborock describes app-enabled carpet modes and up-to-10mm mop lift, but that is not an essential high-pile suitability confirmation.
Explore this need in the finder →Can this robot connect to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, and will it work on a 5GHz-only network?
The model-specific manual supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. A home with only 5GHz Wi-Fi is not a confirmed fit.
Explore this need in the finder →Does Roborock list at least 7,000Pa maximum suction for this model?
Yes, the manufacturer lists up to 7,000Pa. It is a manufacturer specification, not an independent pickup test, and this reference-only refurb offer is not currently shown as orderable.
Explore this need in the finder →This is a U.S. certified-refurbished offer for the earlier Roborock Qrevo Pro, paired on the store page with a Multifunctional Dock 2.0. Roborock's linked FCC/IC manual identifies the robot as QR1PES. The official offer carries white SKU RR-QrevoPro0R-M2 and black SKU RR-Qrevo5ProR-M4; the finish variants do not establish different cleaning features. This is not the newer Qrevo 2 Pro, nor the separate Qrevo Pro Refill & Drainage System package.
What the Qrevo Pro does well on paper
Roborock lists up to 7,000 Pa of suction, LiDAR mapping, Reactive Tech obstacle avoidance, an all-rubber main brush, two spinning mop pads and its FlexiArm edge-mopping extension. It also lists 30 water-flow options and a maximum 200-rpm pad speed in an extreme-flow app setting. Those are manufacturer specifications, not independent pickup or stain-removal tests. The useful distinction is the routine: this is a vacuum-mop with active rotating pads and an edge-reaching mop, rather than a basic robot with a damp cloth dragged behind it.
The Multifunctional Dock 2.0 empties dust, washes the pads with manufacturer-listed 140°F hot water, dries them with 113°F air, and refills the robot's water tank from removable reservoirs. Roborock also describes mop re-washing and re-mopping when the app functions are enabled. The 140°F figure is for washing pads at the dock; it is not a claim that the robot puts warm water on the floor. The manual says not to put hot water in the clean-water tank. You still handle the clean and dirty tanks, dust bag, tray, pads, brush and filter.
Carpet lift is not a carpet-height rating
The product page says the mop modules lift up to 10 mm so they can avoid wetting carpet, and carpet strategies need to be enabled in the app. The manual also says the mop mounts retract when the robot cleans carpet. These are useful wet-carpet precautions, but the U.S. materials reviewed here do not state a maximum pile height or establish high-pile suitability. A short lift measurement cannot be converted into a supported rug depth. If high-pile carpet is a required part of the route, this assessment does not confirm that need.
Likewise, the sources reviewed do not give a threshold-crossing maximum for this exact package. Measure the robot's path, including rug edges and doorway strips, rather than relying on its ability to lift the pads. The listed body is 3.8 inches high; a measured opening should leave margin for soft furniture skirts and uneven flooring. That dimension alone does not guarantee navigation through a tight gap.
Plan for the dock and app
The refurb listing gives robot dimensions as 13.9 by 13.8 by 3.8 inches and the dock dimensions as 13.4 by 19.2 by 20.5 inches, without labelling the dimension axes. Its manual calls for a hard, level dock location and about 0.9 m of height, 0.4 m of length and 1.2 m of width for access and clearance. Those numbers are installation clearances, not the dock's outside measurements. The dock uses removable tanks, so it avoids a fixed water supply and drain; it still needs room to lift out and empty both reservoirs.
The robot uses 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only and requires the Roborock app. The manual specifies a grounded nominal 120-volt outlet, asks owners not to put hot water or disinfectant into the tank, and says to use only Roborock-recommended solution if adding one. It also recommends clearing loose objects and watching the first complete route. This is not a maintenance-free station: the base is detachable for cleaning, washable parts need to dry fully, and the pads still need periodic washing and air-drying.
Refurbished condition matters as much as the model
Roborock's U.S. refurbished policy describes pre-owned machines that have been restored, inspected and cleaned. It allows minor cosmetic wear and says refurbished batteries are tested to retain around 80% of original capacity. That is a policy statement, not a unit-specific battery report or a promise about the exact machine shipped. The same policy lists a 30-day return window and six-month limited warranty for refurbished products. The Qrevo Pro page shows a six-month badge and also contains a generic one-year line when an extended-warranty option is selected; read the terms shown for the actual checkout and order.
There is also a current availability contradiction: the native product record reports the white variant as available, but the product page says “Out of stock, coming soon” and that the product has not launched yet. Treat that specific refurb offer as a reference, not an actionable buying recommendation, until the store presents a real orderable listing. If it reappears, confirm the exact finish, refurbished SKU, dock package, return conditions and warranty before paying. The product image is a Roborock render with a refurb badge, not a photograph of the individual unit or a condition report.
When another Roborock is a better fit
If you want a current tank-dock dual-pad system, compare the Qrevo S5V; it is a different robot and dock family, not the same assessment with a new name. If automatic mop removal at the dock is essential before carpet vacuuming, read the newer Qrevo 2 Pro assessment, which documents that separate mechanism and also records unresolved conflicts in its published figures. Choose this refurbished Qrevo Pro only if its older 7,000-Pa specification, spinning-pad routine and reservoir dock suit your home, and the exact refurbished offer and terms are available. Skip it when you need a documented high-pile limit, a claimed threshold maximum, 5-GHz-only Wi-Fi, or an assured new-condition purchase.
