Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Will the Saros 10 pass below a measured 3.5-inch opening?
Roborock lists 3.14 inches with the LDS retracted and 3.68 inches raised. The retractable system is designed to lower in low passages, but the margin is limited; measure rugs and furniture skirts. This offer remains reference-only.
Explore this need in the finder →Is this the standard removable-tank Saros 10 or the plumbing-connected Refill & Drainage package?
The refurbished SKU is the standard Saros 10, which Roborock distinguishes as manual-water replacement. The separate R&D model needs a fixed connection and installation pre-check.
Explore this need in the finder →Does the Saros 10 use the VibraRise 4.0 system or two spinning mop pads?
The standard Saros 10 uses a vibrating VibraRise 4.0 main mop and a separate side mop; it is not the two-spinning-pad Saros 10R configuration.
Explore this need in the finder →Does this dock have a published mop-wash claim of at least 80°C?
Roborock lists adaptive washing up to 176°F, about 80°C. That is dock mop washing, not a floor-mop temperature, and this listing is reference-only.
Explore this need in the finder →Can this model satisfy an essential high-pile carpet requirement?
No. The exact manual says not to use the robot on high-pile carpets, even though the feature page describes chassis lift; the manual restriction controls.
Explore this need in the finder →Can the standard Saros 10 connect to a 2.4GHz network, and what about 5GHz only?
The model-specific manual states 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only; a 5GHz-only network is not supported.
Explore this need in the finder →Does the exact standard Saros 10 refurbished page publish a suction maximum?
No numeric suction value is stated for this exact offer. Roborock's 22,000Pa figure appears under the Saros 10R section and is not transferred here; unknown does not satisfy an essential suction minimum.
Explore this need in the finder →This is Roborock’s U.S. certified-refurbished Saros 10 offer in white, native SKU RR-Saros100R-M1—not the Saros 10R and not the separate Saros 10 Refill & Drainage System package. Its FCC/IC manual identifies robot S90VER and lists dock models EWFD32LRR and EWFD33LRR; the refurb offer does not print a dock code. Roborock’s U.S. comparison identifies the standard Saros 10 as manual-water and the R&D option as a separate installation-dependent model. Conflicting page/native status makes this reference-only, not a live offer.
A retractable sensor lets the body go lower
Roborock lists the body at 3.14 inches with its LiDAR lowered and 3.68 inches when the sensor is raised. RetractSense lowers the navigation turret to pass under low furniture and lifts it again in open space. That is a different solution from the Qrevo Slim’s fixed 3.23-inch solid-state navigation system. A 3.5-inch gap may clear it only with the sensor down; check rugs, frames, upholstery and transitions along the route.
The exact offer page emphasizes the dual anti-tangle system, DuoDivide main brush, extending side brush and ReactiveAI 3.0 obstacle recognition. Its official feature page presents a vibrating VibraRise 4.0 main mop with an edge mop that can lift independently. Roborock claims the main mop can detach for selected vacuum-only and “vacuum carpets first” routines. This differs from fixed rotating pads, but does not guarantee safe handling of cables, toys or every small obstacle. The exact U.S. Saros 10 feature page lists 22,000 Pa from Roborock internal testing; that is a model claim, not a measured result or a guarantee for a refurbished unit.
Know which water system is in the refurbished package
The Saros 10 is sold in two water arrangements. Roborock’s U.S. comparison says the standard Saros 10 uses manual water replacement and flexible dock placement, while the separate Refill & Drainage System requires an installation pre-check and automates water replacement. The SKU is standard Saros 10, not R&D; its render shows a tank-style RockDock Ultra. You should expect to refill and empty removable reservoirs, not connect the station to plumbing. The exact refurb page does not print the dock model code, however, so it remains unassigned rather than being guessed from the photograph.
For the standard RockDock Ultra 2.0, Roborock lists auto-emptying, mop washing and dock cleaning with adaptive water temperatures up to 176°F (80°C), 140°F heated-air drying, detergent dispensing and warm-water tank refill. The 176°F figure describes dock washing, not the temperature of water applied to the floor. The page does not give a numeric floor-mopping temperature. If you require a specific wash temperature, 80°C is the highest published dock claim here; an 85°C or 100°C minimum is not supported by this listing.
Carpet claims have to be reconciled with the manual
Roborock’s feature page describes chassis lift and automatic mop detachment for certain carpet routines. The exact English Saros 10 manual, however, explicitly says not to use the product on high-pile carpets and cautions that performance may be reduced on dark carpet. That safety restriction controls here. The marketing lift feature does not make high-pile carpet an eligible requirement, and the available U.S. material does not establish a supported pile-height maximum. If thick carpet is central to your home, this is not a confirmed fit.
Threshold clearance is listed at up to 1.57 inches, with limits: up to 1.18 inches for a single-layer threshold, with another 0.39 inches of track for a double-layer arrangement. This is a maximum claim, not a promise for every doorway or abrupt step. Supervise the first route and remove fragile objects.
Setup and recurring care
The standard dock is about 16.10 by 17.32 by 18.50 inches, before you allow space to remove tanks, replace the dust bag or clean the base. The manual specifies a grounded nominal 120-volt outlet and 2.4-GHz Wi-Fi only; a 5-GHz-only household network is incompatible. Its battery and charge time are manufacturer claims, not a cleaning-area guarantee. If optional video or pet-viewing features are enabled, review their app privacy settings before sharing access.
Owners still empty dirty water, replenish the clean tank, replace the bag and clean washable parts. The manual says to vacuum at least three times before the first mop cycle and avoid liquid or sticky spills. The refurb battery statement is brand-wide, not a unit-specific diagnostic.
Refurbished condition and order status
Roborock’s U.S. policy says refurbished products are pre-owned, restored, inspected and cleaned; minor cosmetic wear is possible. It states tested batteries retain around 80% of original capacity and lists a 30-day return window with a six-month limited warranty. These are policy statements, not a report on this unit’s condition or runtime. The exact product page also displays a generic one-year warranty line when an optional extension is selected. Check the coverage summary and checkout details for the specific offer.
The native White SKU is flagged available, but the exact product page says the offer has not launched, and the refurbished-device catalogue marks Saros 10 out of stock. Those signals do not establish that a unit can be ordered today. It remains reference-only until Roborock shows a consistent live listing and terms. Its image is an official white robot-and-dock render with illustrative phone and watch graphics, not a photograph of the returned unit or proof of condition.
Choosing between the nearby models
The Saros 10’s retractable clearance, vibrating mop and tank dock suit some homes if the offer becomes orderable. Read the Saros 10 Refill & Drainage System review if you can support fixed water and a drain; that is a different dock arrangement. Compare the Saros 10R for its separate navigation and rotating pads, or the refurbished Qrevo Slim for its static sensor and 3.23-inch body. Match those preferences to your home; they do not make the conflicted refurb listing buyable.
