eufy Robot Vacuum Omni S2 + Auto Refill and Drainage System review

The T2081111 Omni S2 robot paired with the distinct T210L110 water-service kit; the robot features remain the S2 claims, while the station plan requires a fixed water source, drain and a manual-compliant installation.

A useful fit for

A fit only for someone who wants the S2 roller-mop robot and can place its station near compliant water and drainage within the manual’s line, rise, outlet and clearance limits. It can reduce manual tank trips after installation, but the added kit is a fixed station setup rather than the standard removable-tank plan.

The main tradeoff

This package requires a site-specific water and drain installation: the guide limits both line routes to 6 m, specifies a 1/4-inch inlet and 3/8-inch drain, sets a 1 m maximum drain rise (0.5 m recommended), requires a drain outlet at least 1.5 cm wide, and calls for specified station clearances and a nearby power outlet. It warns against hot-water supply and gives no inlet-pressure number. The 30,000 Pa, mop and obstacle figures remain maker claims, not test results; no exact Amazon ASIN is verified.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Can your intended station location support a fixed water supply and wastewater drain, instead of removable tanks?

This exact package includes the separate T210L110 Auto Refill and Drainage System. It only fits a home where both connections and the installation path are workable; the ordinary T2081111 package remains the removable-tank alternative.

What is the longest water-inlet or wastewater-pipe route your placement requires?

Eufy’s guide includes 6 m lines for both supply and drain. Measure the routed paths, not just a straight line; either one beyond 6 m is outside the documented limit.

Explore this need in the finder →
How high above the station floor is the center of the drain outlet?

The system guide allows no more than 1 m of rise and recommends 0.5 m or less; it also requires an outlet at least 1.5 cm wide. A height reading alone does not establish full plumbing compatibility.

Can you allow a permanent route without exposed pipes crossing a doorway or hallway?

The manufacturer guide warns against pipes crossing doorways or hallways, and the add-on guide may require drilling or mounting a front tank fixture. If those constraints are not acceptable, compare the standard tank S2.

Do you need the S2 robot itself, or a different robot upgrade?

The R&D package changes the station water setup; the robot remains the T2081111 S2 platform. Do not pay for this bundle expecting a new mop, brush or navigation system.

This package combines eufy’s Omni S2 robot, model T2081111, with the separate Auto Refill and Drainage System, accessory model T210L110. It is not a more powerful S2 or simply a replacement filter bundle: the added water-service kit changes where and how the station can be installed. The standard S2 uses removable clean- and dirty-water tanks; this package connects the station to a water source and drain.

The useful difference is less tank carrying, not a different robot

The robot remains the same S2 platform described in the T2081111 review: a vacuum-and-mop machine with a self-cleaning roller and the manufacturer’s stated 30,000 Pa suction and 15 N/240 rpm mop claims. Those are specifications, not a promise of pickup or stain removal in a particular home. The T210L110 option changes the station’s water routine. Eufy’s installation guide says the system can automatically refill the clean-water tank when it becomes empty during mopping; the package’s name and hose arrangement also provide a drain route for wastewater. It does not add a different brush, a new navigation system or a new floor-cleaning mode.

That makes the choice unusually practical: would you rather lift and carry tanks, or plan a permanent water-and-drain connection? The standard S2 is the simpler choice if a utility hookup is unavailable, the robot may move between rooms or homes, or you want to avoid installation work. The R&D package is worth considering only when its route and station location are realistic.

Measure the route before buying

The 11-page S1 Pro/S2 Auto Refill and Drainage guide gives specific site limits. It calls for a water source and wastewater outlet no more than 6 m from the station, and its kit includes 6 m inlet and drain pipes. The drain opening must be at least 1.5 cm across. The guide caps the height difference between the center of the drain outlet and the floor where the station sits at 1 m, recommending 0.5 m or less. It also asks for a hard, level station surface, an outlet within 1.5 m, at least 1.5 m of clear floor in front and 0.5 m at the sides. The listed station footprint is roughly 38.3 by 46.7 cm, with 67 cm height; allow the larger clearances the guide specifies, not just the metalwork’s dimensions.

Plan the entire pipe route, not just a straight-line measurement. The guide says pipes should not run through doorways or hallways where they could be stepped on, and a compatible water supply and drain need to be available. It specifies a 1/4-inch inlet tube and a 3/8-inch drain tube; an included 3/8-inch adapter is described for a 1/2-inch valve, while other valve sizes may need another suitable adapter. The instructions say to shut off the home’s water supply, drain the lines and never connect hot water. They do not publish an inlet-pressure range, so do not assume that any faucet or plumbing pressure is suitable.

It is not a no-setup station

The accessory page describes the pre-installed tank as operating without electrical controls and says no wiring is required. Read that narrowly: the companion installation guide still has you unplug the base, replace its dirty-water tank, fit a supplied power cable and rear connector, reconnect power, enable the refill-and-drain option in the app, secure the pipe connections and check for leaks. The guide does not call for a new household circuit, but this is still a station modification with water lines, fittings and an electrical connection at the base. If the wall-mounted front tank, faucet adapter or drain route would require drilling or building changes, get permission and qualified help rather than treating the illustrated package as a plug-in accessory.

Who should choose this configuration?

It suits an owner who already wants the S2’s roller-mop approach, has a stable place for its station beside suitable water and drainage, and values fewer manual tank trips enough to plan the installation. It is a poor match for a rental where drilling or pipe routing is not allowed, a room with no nearby drain, a line route over 6 m, an elevated drain outside the guide’s limit, or a household that wants a movable dock. The guide includes a front tank, connector assembly, valve, adapters, pipework, clips and fasteners; the product render is not proof that every household’s fittings will match.

After installation, the system reduces one recurring chore but does not make the S2 maintenance-free. You still replace the dust bag, clean the roller and station components, monitor connections and follow the maintenance instructions. Eufy advertises multiple overflow protections, but that claim is not a substitute for leak checks or a suitable drain. The guide also describes a 60-day filter-cleaning recommendation for the wastewater tank assembly.

Compare the two S2 plans, then compare the robot

If you need the robot but cannot meet those plumbing and placement conditions, compare the exact T2081111 removable-tank S2 instead. The clean-and-dirty tanks mean more carrying but remove the fixed-line requirement. If you can provide the installation but are still deciding whether a plumbing-connected robot dock is worthwhile, compare the setup limits and service routines of other exact R&D packages rather than treating all self-emptying stations as equivalent. The key question is not which S2 has a bigger suction number; it is whether the station can be installed and safely maintained in the room where you will actually use it.
