A useful fit for

Consider this package if you want automatic dust emptying, washing/drying of two rotating mop pads and water refilling, and have 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, a grounded 120 V outlet and tolerance for regular tank/washboard care. Confirm RLL82CE robot and RCLE0301 base on the actual package.

The main tradeoff

The full station reduces daily bin/pad handling but adds removable clean/dirty tanks and recurring washboard care. Dreame’s hot-water claim is for mop-pad/base self-cleaning, not warmed water on the floor. Neither a supported high-pile limit nor a numeric threshold-crossing maximum is documented; the maker advises avoiding medium/high pile above 3 mm and warns about thresholds over 2 cm. Current page copy mixes Heat/PureHeat naming, so verify the robot/base codes.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Is 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi available at the station, or is the home 5 GHz-only?

The RLL82CE-US-A04 manual supports 2.4 GHz only; a 5 GHz-only network is incompatible.

Explore this need in the finder →
Is a published threshold-crossing minimum essential for your route?

No numeric maximum is confirmed for this offer. The manual warns against high thresholds over 2 cm, so choose “any” only when a specific crossing claim is not essential.

Explore this need in the finder →
Do you need a documented maximum pile height for medium/high-pile rugs?

No; Dreame warns that medium/high pile above 3 mm should be avoided in its intelligent carpet mode, and no positive pile-height limit is published.

The Dreame L10s Pro Ultra is the more automated of two very different robot-mop routines: its base can empty the robot, wash and dry its rotating mop pads, and refill the robot’s water tank. The U.S. support manual identifies the robot as RLL82CE and the base as RCLE0301; Dreame’s U.S. shop record lists a single default-title offer, SKU 010204AA000344. The current shop page is marked sold out, so this review is useful for an exact-model search or a used purchase, not a promise that it is presently available.

Confirm which L10s Pro Ultra is in the box

Dreame’s current U.S. listing uses the name “L10s Pro Ultra,” while several sections of its page use “L10s Pro Ultra Heat” or “PureHeat.” Its exact-title U.S. manual is a 47-page document marked RLL82CE-US-A04 and names RCLE0301 as the base. Because those labels are easy to blur when listings are copied or refreshed, ask for the model code on the product label and the included base before buying secondhand or through a reseller. I have not treated the different L10s models or a plumbing kit as interchangeable packages.

What the base automates

The unit is more than a charger. During a combined vacuum-and-mop job the robot can return to the base to have its pads washed and its onboard tank refilled, then continue the route. After cleaning, the base empties the robot’s dust box and washes and dries the pads. The manual also describes vacuum-only, mop-only, combined, and “vacuum then mop” routines; for vacuum-only the robot lifts the mop assembly, rather than having the base remove the holders from the robot.

That routine is useful if you want a machine to handle repeated pad rinses instead of taking the cloths off to wash after every pass. It is not a set-and-forget appliance. Dreame says to clean the used-water tank after each use, and gives separate recurring care for the clean-water tank, washboard, sensors and brush. You still refill the clean-water tank, discard dirty water, replace the dust bag and keep the washboard clear. The “up to 75 days” dust-bag interval on the product page is a maker capacity estimate, not a realistic schedule for every home.

Dual pads, not warm water on your floor

The package uses two rotating mop pads, and the manual shows them returning to the base for care. The page claims MopExtend and up to 10.5 mm of mop lifting. Neither figure means every edge will be reached or every rug will remain dry. Dreame’s own note advises avoiding medium- and high-pile carpet above 3 mm in its intelligent carpet mode. The sources do not give a maximum supported carpet pile, so a deep rug that must be cleaned is a poor match to this assessment.

The manufacturer lists 136°F hot-water cleaning for the base’s mop-pad process. That is not the temperature of water applied to the floor: the manual describes hot-water pad and base-station cleaning, while the robot is refilled from the clean-water tank. If you require a particular temperature during mopping, this package does not meet that need on the evidence available. Dreame’s 7,000 Pa maximum suction is likewise a lab claim, not a pickup test or a useful direct ranking against another brand.

Plan for the network, floor and outlet

Setup requires the Dreamehome app and a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection; the manual explicitly says 5 GHz is unsupported. A combined router may work if it provides a 2.4 GHz network, but a 5-GHz-only home is a clear mismatch. The manual also warns that the robot cannot climb high thresholds or steps above 2 cm. That is not a guaranteed crossing figure for any particular doorway shape, so measure the actual route and do not choose this model when a published threshold minimum is essential.

The U.S. manual calls for a grounded nominal 120-volt outlet. The base is listed at 120 V/60 Hz, with its highest listed input during hot-water cleaning; use the supplied cord and follow the manual rather than assuming a universal-voltage dock. Dreame describes a separately purchased water-hookup kit as available only in some regions, so this U.S. offer should be treated as the removable-tank package, not a plumbed model.

Who should consider it?

Consider the L10s Pro Ultra if you want an app-mapped vacuum-mop, paired spinning pads and a base that handles dust transfer and pad washing/drying, and if you can manage water tanks and routine cleaning. Its mix of automation is different from the simpler L10s Pro Gen 2, whose standard dock only charges and leaves dust and mop care to you. If you want another full-service Dreame station to compare, see the L10s Ultra Gen 2 assessment; its exact station suffix is also documented conservatively.

Skip this one if your network is 5 GHz only, if you require a verified high-pile limit, if a 2 cm threshold must be guaranteed, or if you need warm water on the floor rather than hot pad washing at the base. Because the shop listing currently mixes “Heat” naming into the page copy and shows sold out, match the RLL82CE robot and RCLE0301 base to the actual carton/manual before paying. No exact retail ASIN or current stock status is asserted here.
